The one Atlantic market without an off-season.

Approach
Built for volume, not yet built for value.
Unlike the Mediterranean markets Harvieston operates in, the Canary Islands trade year-round — a genuine climate advantage that changes the economics of running a resort here: less revenue concentrated into a few peak months, and more scope for consistent, disciplined operations to compound over a full twelve. That advantage is often under-used by resorts and aparthotel portfolios still run on package-tour-era assumptions, across Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
Much of the Canaries' resort and aparthotel stock was built at scale for tour-operator volume, and still carries the cost base and service standard that model assumed — even as demand has shifted toward guests willing to pay more for a better product. Harvieston's interest is in that gap: resort and portfolio operations with a genuine, year-round trading advantage that a more disciplined operating approach could turn into materially better returns, alongside investment and repositioning situations where the asset justifies it.
